  • Can I bring family/friends?

YES! We encourage our mommies to bring their loved ones to join us during a special moment, to celebrate a new life! We allow up to 3 guests at this time. For additional guests, please request for special accommodations.

  • How can I prepare for the scan?

Please drink lots of water at least 3-7 days prior to your appointment time to help clear up amniotic fluid. This will help ensure clear quality photos. Though it cannot guarantee the clarity of the images, it will certainly help.

  • What should I wear to my appointment?

Wear loose comfortable clothing. Mommies will be asked to pull down their bottoms in order for the ultrasound technician to be able to scan lower abdomen to get images of baby. Linen to cover will be provided as necessary for mommies who wear skirts/dresses. Maternity leggings/sweats are recommended!

  • Do I get printed photos?

We offer multiple packages that come with various services. Please visit our “prices” tab for more information. All packages come with basic black/white photos

  • How does the "Pregnancy Pass (Unlimited Scans)" work?

With the pregnancy pass, mommies will be allowed to book as many scans in advance or at their convenience! Mommies will get photos/videos added to their private online gallery with every visit in addition to the color/black and white prints.

  • Do I need a full bladder?

HOLD YOUR PEE MAMA! (said no one ever) — a full bladder is NOT needed for the scan. We want mommies to be as comfortable as possible during the scans. You may use the bathroom upon arrival, prior to your scan for comfort. Empty bladders actually help with the scans!

  • Can I take photos/videos during the scan?

You are more than welcome to capture the special moment of your families during the scan! We ask kindly to avoid taking photos of the scans during the sessions (TV/ultrasound screens). All photos and videos of the scan are available on private galleries.

  • How does live streaming work?

Let us know in advance that you’d like to set up a live streaming event. You will be able to share a unique link to your family/friends to watch at the same time! This is only offered for the premium package or pregnancy pass.

  • How early can you do a scan?

You can be as early as 6-8 weeks into your pregnancy! We do ask mommies to have their pregnancy confirmed with their OB/GYN-MD prior to their early visits.

  • Is there a refund policy?

We do not have a refund policy, but we do have a RESCAN policy.

  • What is the rescan policy?

We understand that sometimes baby can be shy. For all packages that apply, we will offer one complimentary re-scan in the event we cannot determine gender at 13+ weeks and are unable to get clear partial face images. There is never a guarantee for full face images for any session.

  • Can you tell weight/size of baby?

Baby’s weight and size can only be determined with accurate measurements which are considered medical/diagnostic. The imaging sessions we offer are not considered medical procedures and therefore we will not be able to tell you the size of your baby or the condition of his/her health. Our sessions do not replace the regular prenatal care of your doctor. Our sonographer's are medically trained, are certified and ARDMS eligible. While we are not looking for problems, should we see one, we would call your doctor immediately.

  • Sneak Peek DNA Test -- Are there risks of male DNA with the clinical test?

No. Though the “at-home” test kits pose the risk of male DNA contamination, the CLINICAL TEST does NOT have any risks of male DNA contamination since it blood is collected with venipuncture.

  • How early can you determine gender?

16 weeks is the recommended gestation for gender. Though gender can be determined earlier in pregnancy, it depends on how the placenta, umbilical cord and baby’s legs are positioned during the scan. Gender determination is not as accurate as DNA tests. With Sneak Peek Clinical, it is 99.9% accurate as early as 7-weeks and results given within 24 hours.
